Trail Description: AT south from Allen Gap to right onto Little Paint Creek Trail; onto FS 31B, then onto Paint Creek Trail to campground.Very challenging due to numerous stream crossings, fords, walking in creek bed and climbing stream banks. Difficult trail that was cleared of major blowdowns in late 2005. 10-mile car shuttle.
